Terms & Conditions

Terms for using LicenseMart services.

These terms explain how LicenseMart shared licenses, payments, support requests, IP changes, cancellations, refunds, and customer responsibilities are handled.

Agreement

By using LicenseMart products, licenses, services, or the LicenseMart website, you agree to the terms that apply to those services. If you do not agree with the terms, you should not access or use the services.

Shared licensing system

LicenseMart provides shared licensing services designed to deliver similar product functionality at affordable pricing. Support for these services should be requested from LicenseMart rather than the original software provider.

Restricted usage

Certain content categories, regulated industries, countries, government use cases, and sensitive server uses may be restricted. Customers should contact LicenseMart support before ordering if they are unsure whether their project is eligible.

Refunds and credits

LicenseMart generally does not offer refunds for customer-choice cancellations. If a license or service does not work properly, support will try to resolve the issue first; if the issue cannot be resolved, LicenseMart may review refund or credit options. Crypto payments may only be eligible for account credit.

Support tickets

Support tickets are normally answered quickly, but issues that require deeper technical review may take longer. Customers can use website tickets, WhatsApp, or the published contact options for license help.

Fraud and payment misuse

Fraudulent use of payment methods, chargebacks, or unauthorized payment activity may lead to suspension, termination, and reporting to the relevant payment, financial, or legal authorities.

License IP changes

You can change the license IP once from the client area. If you need to change it more than once, please submit a ticket so the support team can review the request.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel a license or service, but cancellation by customer choice does not automatically create refund eligibility.

License file manipulation

Changing, debugging, or manipulating license-related files may cause the license or service to be blocked and may remove eligibility for restoration or return.

Billing and termination

Payments must be made in advance. Late payment, unpaid invoices, fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms may result in service suspension or termination without notice.
